Online-Only Courses
Once you register for an online course, you’ll get instant access to the materials. For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable — thanks for understanding!
In-Person Classes (Live Training)
Need a refund?
No problem! Just send us a written request at least 48 hours before class, and we’ll gladly refund your payment.
If it’s within 48 hours of the class, we’re unable to issue a refund, but we’ll do our best to help you reschedule.

Want to reschedule?
Just give us a heads-up 48 hours in advance, and we’ll move you to a different date at no cost.
Missed class without notice? No worries — we can still get you back on track, but a small $30 rescheduling fee will apply.
Just remember: you’ll need to reschedule within 30 days of your original class date.
Hybrid Courses (Online + Live)
Hybrid courses offer the best of both worlds, and since most of the material is provided online before class, these are non-refundable once purchased.
Payment Security & Confirmation
All payments are processed securely. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with class details and next steps. If you don’t receive this, please contact us right away.
How to Request a Refund or Reschedule
To request a refund or reschedule your course, please email us at courses@armortechinc.com with your full name, course name, and scheduled date.
Class Cancellations by Focal Point Academy
In rare cases, we may need to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. instructor illness, low enrollment, etc.). If this happens, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, your choice.
Group or Employer-Sponsored Bookings
For agencies or organizations booking group training, custom terms may apply. Please contact us directly for group-specific scheduling, billing, and cancellation options.
Transfer Policy (Optional)
Can’t attend but want to transfer your spot to someone else? Just email us at least 24 hours in advance with their full name. Transfers are free!
